Return & Warranty Policy
At Infotech Solutions we want you to be confident in every purchase. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and warranty claims are handled for hardware sold through infotech.lk.
7-Day Return Window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories and documentation intact.
Manufacturer Warranty
All hardware carries the original manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims due to manufacturing defects are handled through Infotech as an authorized reseller.
Eligible Products
Sealed components, accessories, and unused security systems are eligible for return. Opened software, consumables, and special-order items may be excluded.
Non-Returnable Items
Items with activated licenses, custom PC builds, special orders, and products damaged by misuse or improper installation are non-returnable.
- 01 Email us at unity@infotech.lk with your order reference, product, and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
- 02 Our team reviews the request and confirms eligibility within 1–2 business days.
- 03 Ship the product (or drop it at any branch) in its original packaging. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
- 04 For warranty claims, bring or send the item with proof of purchase; we coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
